BINGO have recently opened Australia’s largest and most-advanced recycling facility at our Eastern Creek Recycling Ecology Park. Featuring cutting edge manufacturing technology, MPC2 (Materials Processing Centre) will be a world-leading recycling asset right here in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark project and what is set to become a significant asset in Australia’s push to recycle more and landfill less. MPC2 is BINGO’s biggest achievement to-date, with state-of-the-art systems and the latest in recovery, security, and safety technology.


Our waste sorting team are responsible for identifying and sorting recyclable materials along our processing lines and conveyor belts


The role:

Eastern Creek location.
Identifying and sorting construction materials on a conveyor belt and directing to appropriate sections for processing
Recyclable materials include bricks, cement, tiles, steel, and timber
Assisting with the recovery of materials to be processed and resold as eco product
Ensure the continued efficiency of the processing line by identifying and troubleshooting any issues, including line blockages and catch points
Pre and post start checks
Manual handling tasks including sweeping, raking, lifting and general cleaning
Identify and raise concerns to ensure continued safety and environmental compliance

What you bring:

Current drivers’ licence and own transport is highly preferable due to limited public transport options.
Able to safely complete a range of physical and manual tasks
Be happy to roll your sleeves up in a heavy industrial environment. It gets noisy! It can get dusty!
Strong verbal and visual communication skills including being able to interpret safety signs.
