Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Jamie during my forklift training. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is kind, respectful, and provides equal opportunities for all participants.
There was no shouting or yelling. Instead, Jamie was very patient and supportive, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the training. His presentation was clear and well organised, with enough information to understand the course requirements and practical skills.
I really appreciated Jamie’s positive energy, patience, and the way he encouraged everyone throughout the training. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone undertaking forklift training.
