FORKLIFT LICENCE COURSE

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 100 points proof of ID 
• Good verbal and written comprehension of the English language
• Have USI or create one from https://www.usi.gov.au/your-usi/create-us

Evidence of Identity (EOI):

• You are required to show the accredited assessor original EOI documents that add up to at least 100 points.
  (Certified copies will not be accepted)
• Failing to provide the original 100 points of ID, will lead to rescheduling your assessment to another day.
• The combination of EOI documents must contain your date of birth, current residential address, photo and signature.

• Classroom (Face to Face)
• Work place training available on request

• 2 Days of training each day consist of

  Day 1 – Presentation, discussion, and operational activities

  Day 2 – Theory review, unit of competence assessment (formative assessment) and Practical Demonstration

  The 3rd day* is for – Assessment conducted by a Safe Work NSW accredited assessor

• All participants are required to go through an assessment to be issued with a statement of attainment. This unit of competency is nationally recognized.
• Once the SafeWork assessment has been successfully completed, you will receive a SafeWork Notice of Satisfactory Assessment (NSA) which is valid for 60 days. A fee is then payable to Australia Post for the license card which is nationally recognised.

Allowances can be made for participants with language, literacy & numeracy issues. You will complete a short literacy and numeracy assessment on enrolment and if we identify any learning difficulties the Trainer/Assessor will be notified prior to your attendance for the course. Depending on your learning difficulty, the Trainer can spend extra time assisting you and/or do a verbal assessment with you.
